Mr. Thaddeus M. Antoine Esq.
Managing Partner, TM ANTOINE Partners
Mr. Antoine served as the Managing Partner of the law firm of Francis & Antoine for some 12 years before establishing the Corporate and Commercial law firm TM ANTOINE Partners in 2013. Mr. Antoine holds a Masters of laws (LL.M) in Corporate and Commercial Law with specialization in International Banking Law, International Trust Law, International Tax Law, Electronic Banking Law and Intellectual Property Law from Kings College, University of London.
Mr. Antoine has also served as a Senator in the Upper House (The Senate) of Saint Lucia. Further he has served on a number of public and private Board of Directors including Chairman-National Telecommunication Regulatory Commission, Radio Saint Lucia, Deputy Chairman-Saint Lucia Tourist Board, Blue Coral, Tax Appeal Commission of Saint Lucia, EC Global Insurance, BOSLIL Finance, RED Unlimited, Secretary-Saint Lucia Bar Association and serves as the President of the OECS Bar Association adding to his undoubted expertise and solid reputation as one of the leading young legal practitioners on island. Mr. Antoine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Ms. Lorraine Debra Glace

Ms. Glace's career started in business management where she first worked at Glace Motors Ltd., before moving on in 1980 to be the Resident Manager of the family operated, Islander Hotel at Rodney Bay. She opted for a change in career in 1997 and thereafter enrolled in Law School. She commenced her legal practice in 2001 and now specializes in notarial work with emphasis on conveyancing, successions and corporate matters. She also offers management consultancy services to individuals and to small businesses.
Ms. Glace holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from (St. Thomas Aquinas College, NY), an LLB from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Barbados and a Certificate of Legal Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad. She is the current Treasurer of the Bar Association of Saint Lucia and of the Organization of Commonwealth Caribbean Bar Associations.
Ms. Glace has served in the past on the Saint Lucia Nursing Council, the Bordelais Board of Visiting Justices, as Treasurer for the Saint Lucia Shooting Association and for the Mas Action Carnival Band. Ms. Glace has been a TV Social Commentator since 2004 on Daher Broadcasting Service (DBS).
Mr. Andie George

Mr. Andie George is a prominent Attorney with a legal career spanning over three decades. He has extensive practice in civil ligation, succession, corporate law, property and insurance law.
He has a law degree from the University of London and Certificates in Legal Education and Offshore Banking from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad.
He is active in the legal fraternity in Saint Lucia holding various positions throughout his tenure. He held the position of the Commissioner of Constitutional Reform Commission for the past five years, Chairperson for the Income Tax Appeals Tribunal in 2017, President of the Bar Association of Saint Lucia for 7 years until 2014 and is currently the Physical Planning & Development Appeals Tribunal Chairperson since 2016.
At present, Mr. George is the senior Attorney at George & Co. Chambers.
