Mr. Martin Dorville

Managing Director,

Massy Stores SLU and Massy Stores SVG 

 

Martin Dorville is a dedicated, highly organized and respected Business Executive with twenty two (22) years of experience in the Grocery retail industry.

 

He is the Managing Director of Massy Stores (SLU) Ltd as well as Massy Stores (SVG) Ltd.   His responsibilities take him throughout the region where he led Massy Stores Trinidad’s retail entry into Guyana in 2015 and currently serves as a Director on the Massy Stores Trinidad Board, among others.

 

Martin is the President of the Board of the St. Lucia Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Board member of the Eastern Caribbean Financial Holdings Company (ECFH).

 

Martin has been in the business of retail for the last 26 years with a career that started in the hardware business and transitioned to the grocery retail business.

 

His qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Warwick Business School, preceded by the completion of his first degree at the University of the West Indies Mona Campus where he graduated with a First Class Honors degree in Management.

Mr. McHale Andrew

Independent Management Consultant

 

McHale Andrew is an economist and currently an independent management consultant with a focus on investment attraction/matching and tourism development. He was most recently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Invest Saint Lucia (May 2012 to May 2017), during which time he was elected President of the Caribbean Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (CAIPA)- January 2015 to December 2016.

 

He is also a former Executive Vice President of the Saint Lucia Hotel and Tourism Association (SLHTA) as well as a past Permanent Secretary  in Saint Lucia’s Ministry of Tourism; and former Director of External Relations at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank where he served for some ten (10) years, prior to a five (5) year stint as an economist at the Ministry of Finance in Saint Lucia.

McHale holds a bachelor's degree in economics & law from the University of the West Indies and a master's degree in economics, law & policy-making from the London School of Economics, University of London. His most recent assignments include an ongoing (August 2017 to February 2018) Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI) commissioned Green Economy Diagnostic Study and Policy Proposals for the Eastern Caribbean; and a Demand Driver Analysis for GP Group Saint Lucia’s proposed 120-room Fairmont Saint Lucia Resort Hotel and Villas for presentation to Fairmont Hotels.

Ms. Sunita Daniel

CEO, Saint Lucia Trade Export Promotion Agency 

 

Ms. Sunita Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saint Lucia Trade Export Promotion Agency (TEPA). 

 

She served as an Economist and Chief Planning officer for Agriculture in Saint Lucia, and more recently was employed by the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UNFAO) as the Programme Liaison Officer to the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS).

She holds a BSc in Economics and Management, a Masters of Science Degree in Public Policy and Management, Professional level qualification in Project Management and is currently pursing Doctoral Studies in Policy Analysis. 

 

She has been involved in trade facilitation at both the national and regional level, having co-ordinated the OECS Agri-Shipping Initiative which was successfully implemented in St.Vincent with wider Caribbean partners.
